Common questions.
What does the $150 cover?
It is the fee for the 60-minute Design Session. If you commission a board, the full $150 is credited toward the final board price. If you attend the session and decide not to order a board, the $150 is retained as the consultation fee.
Do I have to order a board after the session?
No. There is no obligation to commission a board. You still receive the design direction and specifications worked through in the session, but an attended session is not refundable if you choose not to proceed.
What is the cancellation policy?
The Design Session fee is fully refundable if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the session are not refundable under the public Terms.
Can I do the session remotely?
Yes. Choose an in-person session on Sydney's Northern Beaches or a remote video call. Both options use the same conversation to translate your current-board experience, waves and goals into a board direction.
Can I order without a Design Session?
Yes. If you already know the model and standard dimensions you want, order directly from the model page. Book a Design Session when you are unsure, want custom dimensions or construction, or want the decision pressure-tested before the build.
How long does the board take after I order?
The typical production timeframe is 4 to 6 weeks from final payment, although timing can vary. Your current estimate is confirmed before you commission the board.
